- Provide leadership and direction primarily through management-level

direct and indirect reports.

- Identifying key research objectives in partnership with product, design,

marketing, and engineering teams to address research needs for a

variety of products and projects throughout the product life cycle.

- Experience synthesizing large-scale data in multi-method studies

- Lead high visibility analytics projects focused on key strategic

priorities, current examples include:

a. Test and learn strategy: design and implement test and strategy to

measure the effectiveness of different products and services being

offered including intervention design, measurements strategy, data and

reporting solutions;

b. Consumer intervention design: develop an approach to identification,

engagement, and intervention to key consumer groups to use Data

Strategy innovative services to improve their outcomes and reducing

long term cost;

c. Product and service optimization: optimize a portfolio of products and

services being offered

​

- Manage cross-functional teams of solution strategists, data scientists,

data engineers as well as business and IT stakeholders to enable

seamless delivery of analytics projects.

• Build and manage relationships with multiple business partners.

Identify trends and opportunities.

- Mentor and develop people, contribute to the improvement of strategy

Al and operations of Enterprise Analytics team.

- Analysis, data mining, machine learning, experimentation, and the

presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how

user behavior affects business (and vice versa)

- Deliver Al and Data Analytics solutions to internal clients

- Identifying opportunities, driving Al technology innovations, and

building strong relationships.

- Have a clear pulse on innovations across the broader Al community and

help the team and company identify new opportunities and look around

the corner.
